On the Road Collaborative announces hiring of Program Director
On the Road Collaborative is proud to announce the hiring of Deanna Reed for the position of Program Director. Deanna will lead the organization through the the launch of it’s inaugural youth empowerment program at Skyline Middle School (Harrisonburg) during the 2015-2016 school year. This is the first hire for On the Road Collaborative.

She will undoubtedly have a tremendous impact on all those she serves in this role while helping us continue to grow our organization in the years to come.”
In the role of Program Director, Deanna will serve as the leader of On the Road Collaborative’s new out-of-school time program at Skyline Middle School, which will connect upwards of 100 youth (grades 5-8) to academic coaching, career-based enrichment learning, and caring adult relationships, primarily during the after school hours. Deanna will be responsible for ensuring program excellence and delivering positive results for the young people and families served. She will oversee a educational team of upwards of 10 part-time Team Leaders and a network of more than 50 adult volunteers.

In addition to the hire of Deanna Reed, On the Road Collaborative is hiring part-time After School Team Leaders for the upcoming year. Team Leaders serve as the primary educational team for it’s after school programming.
