Program Director

We are growing and now hiring two Program Directors! One to lead our after-school and summer learning programs in Harrisonburg City and one to launch our new after-school program at Kate Collins Middle School in Waynesboro City.


We are driven by our mission to help empower all youth by providing equal access to educational opportunities and hands-on career experiences. We are guided by our values of equity, relationships, growth and empowerment.
