Become an Intern

Gain professional experience while making a difference!

Looking to gain professional experience or complete specific academic requirements while supporting a dynamic non-profit that’s actively making our community better? Then you should apply for an On the Road internship! Plus, you’ll get to be a part of an amazing team of individuals who are committed to making a difference but love having fun, too.

“My internship with On the Road Collaborative made me more confident as a working professional. I had the opportunity to work on many individual projects, including a weekly newsletter, two community events, and a fundraising campaign. I also had the opportunity to work with different leadership staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this internship because I was able to work flexible hours, collaborate with diverse perspectives, and gain more hands-on experience.”

Undergraduate Student, Non-Profit Studies Minor, James Madison University
