We want our youth to gain the skills and well-rounded growth that will help them reach their biggest goals, but we also know the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. That’s why we include fitness activities as part of our programs, so we can help our youth have fun while promoting the kind of lifestyle that has been proven to increase confidence and overall happiness.
Our Health and Fitness Coaches lead a variety of structured fitness activities with our youth, including basketball, yoga, soccer, bicycling, and dance. Help our youth have fun while promoting an active and healthy lifestyle!
Interested in becoming a Health & Fitness Coach? Here’s what you need to know:
Health & Fitness Volunteers Must:
Be available on Wednesday afternoons from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Commit to at least 1 semester.
Be able to provide your own transportation to Skyline Middle School.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Participating in structured fitness activities with youth, serving as a positive role model.
