Check out our Program Impact Report to learn more about our work!
By the age of 12, children from low-income families have experienced a 6,000-hour learning gap compared to their peers, due mostly to out-of-school factors, such as access to pre-school, after-school, and summer learning programs. This gap puts youth at a disadvantage throughout school and as they prepare for their future.
By providing educational opportunities and hands-on learning experiences to middle and high-school youth outside of regular school hours, our programs help to close the learning gap over time, while building our youth’s confidence and skills along the way.
We connect our youth to trusting adult relationships and equitable opportunities by creating an inclusive, welcoming culture in our programs.
We enrich lives by providing our youth with additional learning opportunities that inspire growth and confidence.
We empower our youth by helping each of them realize that they have something extraordinary to give to the world and that they are capable of realizing that promise.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of our youth! When you give to our end-of-the-year campaign, you are helping to ensure that we can continue empowering youth through educational opportunities and hands-on career experiences. Because together, we can build a world where all youth are on the road to realizing their promise.
